In Umbria, place of ancient traditions and authentic flavours, Assisi Salumi was born many years ago, a family-run company that, after a long experience in the field of pig breeding, has been involved in the production of Fine Umbrian Ham since 1989. The philosophy that has guided the company from the beginning is to produce genuine, natural cured meats with an authentic taste and flavor, following the ancient tradition of Umbria, a peasant land that has always brought healthy, genuine products with an intense taste to the table. The company, while remaining family-run, scrupulously maintains the ancient processing techniques, with BRC / ISF certifications, following all the rules that involve the traceability of the product. In continuous and constant search for quality and customer satisfaction. The intense and the spicy aroma are sign of quality and genuineness of the Fine Prosciutto of Umbria which is rigorously prepared in a natural way, according to the ancient tradition. Lean meats, carefully selected, sim-ple and genuine ingredients, only garlic, salt and black pepper, and a very long seasoning, over 12 months, to make it acquire that typical scent and make the meats mature at the right point, processed and seasoned by the skilled hands of those who dedicate to this art with passion.
