Story

Assisi Salumi was born in the heart of Umbria in 1989, when the Siena family, father Mario and children Anna, Angelo and Alberto, witnesses and continuers of the Umbrian pork-butchering tradition, decided to found their company to create a production line of undisputed excellence.

We produce more than 25000 hams per month, equal to 3850 tons, we employ 22 people in 3 production plants, two in Assisi (Umbria) and one in Calestano (Parma) where Prosciutto Crudo di Parma DOP is produced in full respect of tradition.
