Assisi Salumi was founded in the heart of Umbria by the Siena family. In 1989, Mario Siena and his children Anna, Angelo and Alberto, witnesses and continuers of the Umbrian pork butchery tradition, decided to found their own company to create a production line of undisputed excellence.
Ancient traditions and authentic flavors, this is what led the Siena to found a family-run company which, after a long experience in the field of pig breeding, decided to start the production of the Fine Umbrian Ham.
Our company mission from the beginning has always been to produce genuine and natural cured meats, with authentic taste and flavour.
For over 30 years we have scrupulously maintained the processing techniques handed down for centuries from father to son, respecting the strict regulations in the field of hygiene and product traceability to maintain high quality standards.
