This Privacy Policy concerns the processing only of personal data provided by users/visitors of the website www.assisisalumi.it by completing:

  • the contact/information request form
  • the contact form/request technical data sheet

  • surname
  • email

During User navigation, the following information may also be collected and stored in the site's server (hosting) log files:

  • parameters of the device used to connect to the site name of the internet service provider (ISP)
  • date and time of visit

3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Browsing data is collected and processed in order to carry out any activity relating to the management and administration of the Website, including the management of IT security. They could also be used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.

  • Legal basis for such processing is compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

  • Legal basis of such processing is the fulfillment of the services relating to the processing of the request and compliance with legal obligations.

 

4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

5. SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

The data may also be processed, on behalf of the Data Controller, by external parties designated as Data Processors who are given adequate instructions, such as, for example, external companies that offer management and maintenance services of the information system.

 

 

6. AUTHORIZED PARTIES

The data may be processed by company employees responsible for pursuing the purposes indicated above, who have been expressly authorized for processing and who have received adequate operating instructions.

 

7. STORAGE PERIOD

The data is processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph 3 and in any case for a period of time not exceeding 10 years. In detail, the personal data acquired will be stored by Assisi Salumi srl in the following terms:

  • With reference to data processed for the purposes of administration and management of the website, user browsing data will be retained for 3 days.
  • For a period not exceeding 26 months, in the case of processing for anonymous statistical analyzes on the use of the site.
  • With reference to the data processed to fulfill requests for contact and/or information material by the interested parties, the data will be processed for a period not exceeding 26 months following the last request for information.

In the event of a judicial dispute, the data will be retained for the entire duration of the same, until the deadlines for appeals are exhausted. Once the retention periods indicated above have expired, the Data will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous, compatibly with the technical cancellation and backup procedures.

 

8. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), interested parties may, in the manner and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

  • Right of access - right to obtain confirmation as to the existence or otherwise of processing concerning Personal Data as well as the right to receive any information relating to the same processing;
  • Right to rectification - right to obtain rectification of the Data processed, if the same are incomplete or inaccurate;
  • Right to erasure - in certain circumstances, the right to obtain the erasure of your Data;
  • Right to limit processing - upon the occurrence of certain conditions, the right to obtain the limitation of processing concerning the Data;
  • Right to portability - right to obtain the transfer of Data to a different Data Controller;
  • Right to object - right to object to the processing of your Data;
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority - in the event that the Data Controller refuses to satisfy access requests, the reasons for the relevant refusal will be provided. If applicable, right to lodge a complaint as described in paragraph 7 below;
  • Right to revoke the consent given.

If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding the methods through which the Data is processed by Assisi Salumi or regarding the management of a proposed complaint, you have the right to submit a request directly to the Supervisory Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it ).
 

10. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE DATA
Any refusal to provide personal data relevant to the purpose of collection will not make it possible to respond to explicit requests from the interested party.

 

11. SECURITY OF PROCESSING (art. 32 GDPR)

The Data Controller implements adequate security, technical, administrative and physical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure, in order to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data of the interested parties and prescribes to the its external suppliers, internal authorized personnel to adopt similar security measures.
